QUALITY CHECKS BEFORE DISPATCH
Every item is individually inspected and checked before it is packaged and dispatched. 

RETURNS
We operate a 28-day return window. You have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of a return request and a further 14 days to send the item back to us. This is consistent with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unpainted, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@anarkycreations.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is at the buyer's cost. No restocking fee. No returns on final sale items.

PERSONALISED & CUSTOMISED ITEMS
Personalised and custom-made goods cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives demonstrably defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. This exception applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt personalised or bespoke goods (those made specifically to a customer's specifications) from the standard 14-day cancellation right. If you believe your personalised item is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue.

STANDARD (NON-PERSONALISED) ITEMS
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary; however, we ask that you consider your purchase carefully before ordering. Returns are only accepted where the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@anarkycreations.com, stating the reason for the return.
  2. Return the item within a further 14 days of your notification to us. Return shipping costs are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
  3. We will inspect the item upon receipt. A refund will only be issued once we have inspected the goods and confirmed that they meet the eligibility criteria above. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process this.
  4. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@anarkycreations.com.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us at contact@anarkycreations.com within 14 days with photographs clearly showing the damage or defect, so we can evaluate the issue.

Because every item is checked and documented before packaging (see Quality Checks Before Dispatch above), claims of damage will be assessed against our pre-dispatch records. Where a reported defect or breakage is consistent with a genuine transit or manufacturing fault, the item will be replaced - we do not issue monetary refunds for broken items, but will send a direct replacement once the return has been received and inspected. Return shipping for confirmed defective items is the buyer's responsibility; however, once the item is received and the defect is verified, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.

We reserve the right to decline a replacement where inspection indicates that reported damage was not present at the point of dispatch and appears to be the result of misuse, accidental damage, or deliberate interference after delivery.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us by the postal carrier because you failed to collect it from the post office, depot, or nominated collection point, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery upon payment of the applicable postage fee. If you no longer wish to receive the item after it has been returned to us, a discretionary refund of the original item cost only may be issued. Original and return postage costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges.

SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS
Returns and refunds are not available on sale items or gift cards.

EUROPEAN UNION - 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. However, please note: if your order has already been dispatched and is in transit at the time you exercise this right, you must allow the parcel to be delivered and then return it to us unopened, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. We will not arrange a return collection; you are responsible for returning the parcel at your own cost.

Upon receipt of the returned parcel, we will inspect the package to confirm it is unopened and in its original condition. Once this is verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If the package has been opened, the standard returns eligibility criteria above will apply. As noted above, personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off right under the applicable regulations, where those goods were made to your specific specifications.
