Thank you for choosing Anarky Creations as your trusted provider of products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you. The majority of products are custom-made to order and/or customisable.

RETURN/REFUND TIMELINE
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly timeline. Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.

RETURN/REFUND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that certain items may have specific conditions for return due to their nature, and these conditions will be clearly communicated on the product page. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on our website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return. Unless faulty the following categories of products are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Products with expiration dates: Items with a limited shelf life or an expiration date.
  • Customised products: Items that have been customised for the customer.
  • Personalised products: Items that have been personalised for the customer.
  • Custom-made products: Items that have been made to order for the customer.
  • Products sold as part of sets/bundles: Items sold as part of a set or bundle, where individual items may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable products.

3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
Some Anarky Creations products are 3D printed. The additive manufacturing 3D printing process is different from factory casting and custom-made to order 3D printed products do display minor bumps and printing layers. These do not constitute as faulty and do not interfere with the overall functionality of the product. 3D printed products are quality tested prior to shipping. 3D printed products should be stored in a cool dry environment, heat can cause warping. 3D printed products are not suitable for the dishwasher or coating with harsh abrasive chemicals.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the event that item is faulty then Anarky Creations should be notified of the fault within three days of receipt. Notification should be to anarkycreations@gmail.com and follow up questions to the purchaser be responded to promptly. Anarky Creations reserves the right to request proof of purchase, detailed information, photographs that clearly show the fault and film footage that clearly demonstrates the fault. On agreement, any refund will be issued by Anarky Creations on receipt and on inspection of that product. In the event that a product is not deemed to be faulty, the product can be returned at the purchasers cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations accepted within one hour of purchase.

SHIPPING – LOST & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event of lost or delayed parcels we will refer to the Royal Mail guidelines and compensation polices for delays, loss and damage. In the event of damage The purchaser must retain all of the original packing and the product must not be used. Anarky Creations reserves the right to request proof of purchase, detailed information, photographs that clearly show the damage (package and/or product) and film footage that clearly demonstrates the damage (package and/or product). The purchaser agrees for evidence of damage to be submitted to Royal Mail for their review. Purchaser should notify Anarky Creations of shipping loss or shipping damage within a reasonable time of receipt or expected receipt, by emailing anarkycreations@gmail.com
